If the delivered products are not maintained or installed (assembled and disassembled on vehicle, i.e. from vehicle) by registered service technically qualified for maintenance and repair of motor vehicles;
If the service for maintenance and repair of vehicles has imposed measure of prohibition of performance of activities, which is in force at the time of maintenance and installation of the delivered parts ;
If the product is damaged due to installation or repair by an unauthorized person or service;
If the product is not treated in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification and manufacturer’s instructions, or in accordance with its purpose;
If the damage is caused by a higher force such as lightning, flood, fires, inadequate storage, faulty electrical installation or any other reason beyond the control of the manufacturer;
If the consumer does not want and will not fill out the claim form and to give proof of purchase of the product that is subject of claim.
The complaint form must contain a detailed description of the defect of the product that is being complained about and must be certified by the signature and seal of the registered service that installed the parts. The complaint form must be authenticated by a registered service, which guarantees with its signature and seal that the claimed part was installed by a technical person trained in vehicle servicing and maintenance, and that he checked the part and established that the defect did not occur in the vehicle specified in the complaint form. by unprofessional installation or handling.
